Copyright in articles published by the Afro-Asian Journal of Law and Governance (AJLG) remains with the respective authors unless otherwise stated. Authors retain the right to use, share, and reproduce their published work in accordance with the terms of the applicable licence, provided that appropriate acknowledgement is given to the journal and the original publication.

By submitting a manuscript to AJLG, authors confirm that the work is original, has not been published elsewhere, and does not infringe the copyright or other intellectual property rights of any third party. Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce copyrighted materials, including figures, tables, photographs, substantial quotations, and other third-party content.

Licensing

Unless otherwise indicated, articles published by AJLG are made available under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) Licence.

Under the CC BY 4.0 licence, readers and other users may:

Author Rights

Authors retain the right to:
