About the Journal

Africa Digital Governance and Law Review (ADGLR) is an academic peer-reviewed journal published by Prime Crest Publisher. The Journal offers an opportunity for publishing innovative and original academic work in the field of law, digital technology, governance, public policy, and interdisciplinary legal studies. It focuses on the promotion of legal and regulatory challenges of digitalization in Africa and encourages interdisciplinary, transnational and comparative research which addresses the issues associated with the nexus between law, digital technology, institutions, society, development, public policy, innovation, cybersecurity, data governance and digital governance. The Africa Digital Governance and Law Review publish original research articles, review articles, case analyses, legislative commentaries, policy papers, book reviews and other scholarly works on issues arising out of digitalization and digital governance.

The aim of The Journal is to facilitate knowledge sharing and academic collaboration between academics, scholars, technologists, jurists, policymakers, government agencies, nongovernmental organizations, private sector entities, and any other interested parties within Africa and beyond. Africa Digital Governance and Law Review is dedicated to upholding high levels of academic integrity, peer review, originality, responsible research, and scholarship.
